Education : Panacea of All the Problems of Pakistan

Education plays a vital role in the progress and prosperity of any nation. By the witness of history it is proved that only those nations survived and prospered in the world that put education on top priority and as their national target. Unfortunately, Pakistan came into being more than 70 years ago, on 14th August 1947, but, still our literacy rate is not above 60%. Who to blame this negligence?
